The PEAP M&E Logic of Change
The logic of change is that a set of policy actions can positively influence any of the pillar key results areas (outcomes) whilst, in turn, improvement in a given set of these results are part of what characterizes attainment of a given Pillar Strategic Objectives. Cutting across individual PEAP Pillars and associated results is the expectation of improvement pertaining to a small set of PEAP Strategic Key Results Area s, reflecting income poverty, inequality, human development and economic growth.
